DOGS & CATS WELCOME

We allow:

•Dogs under 35 pounds (at full maturity)

•Cats

•Caged birds

•Small fish tanks (10 gallons maximum)

*A maximum of two approved pets per apartment is permitted.

NO PET DEPOSIT OR PET FEE

We do not charge a pet deposit or non-refundable pet fee. Monthly pet rent is $50 per pet. (nonrefundable)

PETS MUST:

•Be at least 12 months old (dogs and cats)

•Have proof of current vaccinations (dogs and cats)

•Comply with Tacoma / Pierce County licensing requirements

•Receive written approval from management

RENTERS INSURANCE REQUIRED

Residents with pets must maintain renters insurance that includes liability coverage and does not exclude their pet.

PROHIBITED ANIMALS

The following animals are not permitted on the property under any circumstances unless approved as a reasonable accommodation under applicable Fair Housing laws:

•Reptiles (including snakes, lizards, turtles, and similar species)

•Rodents (including rats, mice, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, etc.)

•Rabbits

•Ferrets

•Farm or agricultural animals

•Livestock of any kind

•Wild or exotic animals

•Venomous or poisonous animals

•Primates

•Arachnids or insects kept as pets

•Animals requiring specialized environmental controls (heat lamps, large aquariums, terrariums, or habitat systems exceeding community limits)
